Chambourcin is a French and American hybrid varietal grown and sourced entirely from the “Lawson Farm” block, situated not far from our cellar door.
Picked on the 5th of April allowed the grapes to ripen slowly and evenly, resulting in a smooth and rich full bodied wine.
Fresh berries, violet and a hint of anise
Rich, fleshy and full of sweet spicy berry fruit.
